The owner and manager of the Please Rewind video outlet. He opened the video store with dreams of working in an industry he loves.
Tony Parsons
Assistant manager and Hank’s best friend. He was talked into working at the store when Hank offered him free movie rentals.
Monique Parsons
Tony’s sister and the one who always seems to get the boys out of trouble. She was rescued from a job as a fast food mascot when Hank hired her.
Calvin Grimm
A creepy kid who was hired when Hank and Monique went missing. Hank kept him on despite his belief that the kid is some kind of demon.
