Please Rewind Video Store The store’s unique name has caused more than one person to raise their eyebrows. With VHS all but dead the phrase “please rewind” is now obsolete in the video rental market. Of course, when Hank registered it, he was so pleased with himself for coming up with the name that he completely neglected to note that until it was too late. The store is in a building that used to be the old “Jubblies Adult Video Store”. One day on his way to Cosmo Sub, Hank saw a crowd of people out front and realized it was an auction. Seeing a chance to obtain his dream, he quickly raced to the front of the crowd to bid on and win the store. Despite the pressure he feels from nearby national chain competitors, Hank’s store seems to continue doing a healthy amount of business. He’s not sure if it’s old customers of Jubblies (who don’t realize the store is gone) or genuine PR customers, but he’s certainly not going to raise the issue if they keep coming back. |
